1. Please use the provided [PIC/NIC table](https://canvas.fsu.edu/courses/369372/files/40347467?wrap=1) or create your own (in Word, etc) to complete a PICNIC analysis on a problem concern, as well as a desirable alternative to the behavior.  This could be a hypothesized concern or a real concern that you are facing (either in the workplace or in some other aspect of your life).  Within your PICNIC analyses you should outline:

1. PICNIC analysis for the target behavior (performance concern): target behavior, potential antecedents, potential consequences, and categorization of the consequences.
2. PICNIC analysis for desirable alternative behavior: alternative behavior, potential antecedents, potential consequence, and categorization of the consequences.
2. Comment on the findings from each PICNIC analysis.  Why might a performer engage or not engage in the behaviors based on your results?
3. Based on the results of your PICNIC analysis, what might be an antecedent intervention that you could utilize.
4. Include any other discoveries or experiences while completing these analyses.
